Micron’s race pipework is used by many top race teams and riders worldwide.
The Hydratech process allows us to form double-tapered down pipes, D-sections and
tapered connecting pipes to accurate dimensions.
Combined with our CAD systems, the process also optimises tube size for maximum performance, allowing us to maintain factory clearances and minimise welding to give a unique performance and fitting advantage over other aftermarket manufacturers.
The pipes are blown to a thin wall thickness, making the system extremely light but also highly durable to withstand gruelling race
conditions.
